Relax at Talise Spa in Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai and enjoy this 120 minute revitalising treatment complete with 24-carat gold. #OnlyInDubai. Drift away with a full body massage as gold-infused precious oils are absorbed into the skin leaving you radiating with the scent of jasmine petals.

Slimming seaweed leaf wrap

Check into Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi and try this luxurious 90-minute treatment – the Voya Organic signature seaweed wrap. Said to have a high mineral content, (iodine, calcium, iron, magnesium) and more vitamin C than oranges, seaweed also has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory properties. Therapists begin by using a finely ground seaweed to exfoliate your body followed by a body bandage with fresh Atlantic seaweed. While the leaves work their magic with immediate effect, sit back, relax and enjoy a relaxing scalp massage.

Total Jet Lag Cure

Frequent travellers can say ‘bon-voyage’ to jet-lag when they check into Jumeirah Carlton Tower’s The Peak Health Club & Spa. This 150 minute massage is guaranteed to leave you refreshed, invigorated and ready to face the day ahead. The treatment includes the Spa Senses Revitalising Sapphire Experience with one of the three Spa Senses Botanical Spice Senses body scrubs, an indulgent foot cleansing ritual and a personalised PHYTO5 5 Elements Facial. Soy Bean and Coconut Scrub

In this 45-minute treatment at Jumeirah Vittaveli, in the Maldives, a healthy blend of sugar, coconut and soybean oil promises to create silky satin smooth skin. Coconut tissue and coconut shell are said to be excellent for dry and sensitive skin, while sugar gradually melts to create a natural moisturizer to rejuvenate and make your skin healthier. Soy bean oil blended with Jasmine, Neroli and Patchouli is said to help lift spirits, calm you down during times of stress and maintain an emotional connection with the physical body.

A traditional hammam

No trip to Turkey is complete without a traditional hammam so on your next visit to Istanbul try one at the Pera Spa, in Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah. This oriental ritual will exfoliate and nourish your skin leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised. There are three ultra luxurious treatment rooms, a traditional Turkish bath, a steam bath, Jacuzzi, sauna and a fully equipped gym. 1. After a long, cold winter, my skin is so dry. The coconut and soybean scrub sounds heavenly! Not only would it be super relaxing, but it would be so rejuvenating for my skin. After all, the mix of the soybean and coconut makes a natural moisturizer.
